Vinyasa Flow
to smoothly transition from one pose to another, synchronizing each movement with the breath. In a heated vinyasa flow class the room temperature ranges from 90 to 100 degrees F with a humidity level set in between 35-50%. In unheated classes, the room is at a temperature of 75 degrees
Classes are 60, 75 or 90 minutes long.

an energizing class that incorporates signature yoga postures with hand weights and cardio bursts. First you flow, then you go. Sculpt is the perfect blend of mind and body, providing a calorie and fat-burning workout and the many mental benefits of yoga.

Yoga for Beginners
a journey that introduces everyone to the transformative world of yoga. The classes are carefully crafted for those taking their first steps into yoga, offering a welcoming and accessible approach to enhance their overall well-being. Learn the fundamental principles that form the basis of a strong and sustainable yoga practice.
Classes are 60 minutes long.

Stretch & Restore
a chance to slow down and give your body what it really needs! This class has a slow flow that provides the opportunity to move mindfully and ends in long and restful poses that leave you feeling refreshed, focused and ready for productivity. The body can do all sorts of amazing things if we just allow it to truly relax and recover.
Classes are 60 minutes long.

Yin Yoga
a wonderful complementary practice to the vinyasa classes. Yin offers an opportunity to slow down with long(er) held postures that help improve flexibility of the body and the mind, by gently and consistently stimulating the connective tissue, and drawing the mind inward.
Classes are 90 minutes long.

Prenatal Yoga
an opportunity for the expecting woman to keep (or start) practicing yoga in a safe environment. A more relaxing yoga practice that helps flexibility, strength, and alleviate common pains related to pregnancy. Classes are guided by teachers specifically trained, and are not heated.
Classes are 60 minutes long.

Postnatal Yoga
appropriate from 6-weeks postpartum and beyond, medical clearance to exercise provided from the doctor. Babies, from birth to crawling, are welcome! The class is a safe space to feed, diaper change, and soothe your baby as needed. Ideally babies are under the crawling age.
