Elena completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 with Lorraine Shedoudi within LPY Yoga.

My yoga journey accidentally started in 2014, in Italy -where I was born, raised and educated. The practice of yoga grew on me so much that by the time I moved to the US a couple of years later, I was practicing every single day!

I enrolled in the LPY Yoga Teacher Training program eager to learn more about the principles of Yoga as a discipline, behind and beyond asanas. I had no intention to teach yoga… but life had other plans! My yoga training became a journey of self-discovery and transformation, learning how to rebuild self-confidence and trust, and nurture self-compassion. Inspired and supported by amazing teachers, I started teaching in 2024, and never stopped ever since. Teaching yoga has become my way to give back, and to pay forward.

My Vinyasa Yoga classes are designed to be grounding yet challenging, balanced and purposeful, each sequence built with mindful movements, focus, energy and -why not? - a little bit of fun. Poses and transitions require balance and strength, and the flow is meant to carefully bring you there, with ease and confidence, guided by a strong and steady breath. I like to provide space and time for learning and growth, and offer options to make the flow more challenging, to tone it down, or to simply stay still. My Restorative Yoga classes provide the tools necessary to release tension, let go of everything and consciously rest, allowing the nervous system to down-regulate, while feeling cradled, safe and protected.

I love practicing and teaching yoga, each and every class of mine being poured with all the energy and passion of my Sicilian heart. My motto is: “Don’t let the fear of falling keep you from flying.”

Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.
