Our number one recommendation on taking class will always be to come into the studio to experience the magic! But, if you have taken class with us before and want a way to take classes at home too we have some limited livestream classes to offer!


How to access a livestream class

Signup

Check on the “Lexington” schedule, on LPY website or the mobile app, the classes labeled “LIVESTREAM”, sign-up and receive the zoom link via email.

Connect via Zoom

Check your email! Chick on the link we sent you via email*, start zoom and you are all set for practicing, from wherever you are!

*The email could take a few minutes to arrive. In any case, it should arrive before class and in most cases around 15 minutes before the class starts. If you don’t receive any email, contact us.

Get Ready

Grab a yoga mat, or a towel, a blanket, and two blocks, or a couple of books, if you do not have them. Or do without! No props are necessary! Find a proper space where to practice and breathe.
