Samantha Drinkwater
Samantha completed her 200-hour teacher training at Sacred Seeds Yoga School with Jacqui Bonwell in 2018, and 300-hour training at LPY in 2020.
Samantha is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 whose teaching centers on strength, stability, and adaptability both physically and mentally. Her classes are designed to support a balanced body, a calm mind, and an easy, sustainable breath.
She completed her 200-hour teacher training through Sacred Seeds Yoga School with Jacqui Bonwell in 2018, followed by her 300-hour training with LPY in 2020. Sam also holds a 50-hour Yin Yoga certification through Josh Summers (2019) and an Accessible Yoga certification (30 hours, 2020).
A student first and teacher second, Sam approaches yoga as a shared practice rather than a performance. Her teaching is informed by her own experience using yoga as a tool for navigating anxiety, depression, and the demands of everyday life. She emphasizes thoughtful sequencing, accessible options, and nervous-system awareness, creating classes that meet students where they are and give them practical tools they can carry off the mat.
