Kim Albert took her first yoga class in 2002 and immediately felt the mind-body-spirit connection, as well as the power of practicing in community (Sangha). This sense of peace and comfort inspired her to explore many styles of yoga over the years, ultimately leading to a deep desire to share the practice with others. With over 750 hours of training and a wealth of teaching experience, Kim brings a unique depth of knowledge to her classes, offering an enriching experience for both new and seasoned practitioners.

An avid runner, hiker, cyclist, and former horseback rider, Kim has a keen sense of body mechanics and believes in honoring the body’s unique limitations. She designs her classes with this in mind, creating mindful sequences that both challenge and inspire, while remaining accessible and safe for all.

Kim’s classes radiate joy! Her witty, fun, and free-spirited personality creates a welcoming space for students to relax and fully be themselves. A singer and musician, she thoughtfully curates music for her in-person classes, weaving rhythm and inspiration into every practice. Her intention is to guide students to fully arrive on their mats, let go of distractions, and connect deeply with themselves—finding peace, presence, and harmony.
