Tara Doubman
Tara completed her 200 Hour RYT training with Stacy and Dave Dockins of the Yoga Project in 2023.
Tara began her yoga journey in 2011 on the recommendation of a friend after a very serious accident left her unable to participate in athletic activities she used to enjoy. She found yoga was a great way to improve her strength, balance and flexibility, and it allowed her to have some fun in new, challenging ways. Over time, she found the power of breathwork as a way to stay present, especially when life throws difficult things your way. After over 12 years as a student of many different yoga class styles, Tara completed her 200 Hour RYT training with Stacy and Dave Dockins of the Yoga Project in 2023. Tara enjoys teaching classes that build strength, balance and flexibility, while having a little fun as well.
