  • LPY Barre Classes

    Barre

    LPY barre classes are crafted based on the Lotte Berk Method. They combine ballet conditioning, interval cardio, Pilates, yoga and meditation to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, center your mind and lift your spirits! Playful arm balances, back strengthening and back bending are included as well to counter deep core work and keep the body in balance. 

    LPY barre classes don't feel "dance-y" but more strengthening and toning. 

    Classes are 45 or 60 minutes long.

  • LPY Pilates Classes

    Pilates

    LPY pilates classes emphasize core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. On the mat, we will mindfully approach each movement, connecting mind and body, focusing on the key principle of pilates - breathing, concentration, control, precision, centering, and endurance.

    LPY Pilates classes offer a low-impact workout, suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, able to improve posture, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. 

    Classes are 45 or 60 minutes long.

  • LPY Postnatal Barre Classes

    Postnatal Barre Series

    A low-impact, barre-inspired class to build strength and mobility during the postpartum period —Classes are recommended from 6-weeks postpartum and beyond, given medical clearance to exercise provided from the doctor. Your baby (pre-crawling) is welcome to join too!

    The class uses light weights and micro movements to ease back into a fitness routine, and has a flexible and casual structure, allowing you taking care of your baby, as needed, while taking care of yourself.

    Classes are 60 minutes long.
