Sarah is a Barre and Pilates instructor from Winchester. Sarah has been in the health and fitness industry since she received her B.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Sarah’s love for dance and movement, combined with her background in corrective exercise make for strong, safe, and fun classes.
When she’s not working out or dancing, you can find Sarah chasing her two silly, energetic sons around or meal prepping for healthy nutrition!
