Gina Di Sanzo

I started practicing barre around 2015, when I first stepped into the LPY studio. It has been the first and only type of workout routine that I have truly enjoyed and found myself coming back to day after day.

I love not only the core strength and flexibility that barre builds, but also the challenge and mind-body connection each class brings, no matter how many classes I've taken/taught.

Barre helps me to reset and decompress at the end of a day and provides energy and focus for the start of my day.

My love for barre and the wonderful community that LPY has created, has inspired me to teach. I was certified through LPY Barre Teacher Training in 2019 and I’ve been teaching since 2021.
