As a lifelong runner and marathoner, I realized the benefits of cross training with Pilates to prevent injuries. I had an immediate passion for sharing this knowledge, and my career in the fitness industry began.
I have been teaching Pilates since early 2000, and enriched the portfolio of classes I teach with Barre and TRX.
What I love most about teaching Pilates is the opportunity to make clients move better in their bodies, improve their strength and overall wellness. Pilates strengthens your core, builds muscles, enhances flexibility, balance and posture.
My favorite thing is creating classes that improve mobility and challenge flexibility, and help clients get stronger while enjoying their workout.
