TRX Suspension Training
a total-body resistance exercise, which uses gravity and body weight to make workouts more challenging. Although suspension training is a strength workout, you'll almost certainly find your heart pounding after even a brief session. TRX training is great for enhancing flexibility, strength, balance, stability, and coordination. If you’re a fan of effective & efficient workouts, give a try to TRX!
Classes are 45 minutes long.

TRX / Pilates
LPY presents a combination of your favorite TRX, pilates, and barre class moves, combined into a TRX/Pilates class to provide you with a total mind/body workout. This class will emphasize on strengthening core and back, enhancing flexibility and posture, increasing stability and body awareness, while sculpting your entire body through muscular endurance.
Classes are 45 minutes long.
