Road to Run: Recover, Restore, Perform
This 6-week Yin Yoga series is designed specifically for runners who want to move more efficiently, recover faster, and stay injury-free. Whether you’re training for a race or simply logging weekly miles, this practice will support your body.
Each class focuses on long-held, floor-based poses that target a deep release in tight running muscles. Through intentional holds and guided breathwork, you’ll improve mobility, support joint health, enhance circulation, and calm the nervous system.
This series complements any training plan and is suitable for all levels—no prior yoga experience required. Come ready to slow down, restore, and give your body the recovery it deserves.
