How The Gratitude Adjustment Works

The Gratitude Adjustment (G.A.) is a 12-week program to:

  • Begin to learn how your body and mind work, recognize your habits, and use tools to get past where you feel stuck.

  • Learn simple mindfulness tools to calm, center, and improve your overall wellbeing.

The program is structured as an online course, with 2 live 90-min workshops and one check-in call per week. You can take the course participating to the online class or by yourself, on your own time.

The workshop recording, all the material covered during class and the correspondent resources will be available for access on a dedicated platform, on-demand, to be revised and studied. The weekly check-in calls are not mandatory. For privacy reasons, and to provide each participant with a safe space where they could share and being heard if they want to, these calls are not recorded and thus not available on-demand.

The cost of the program is $389 (just $29/week).
