A 75-minute sensory journey blending yoga and sound healing. Jennifer Velis leads a soulful vinyasa flow as Christine Grace infuses the space with live crystal alchemy bowls, closing with a 15-minute restorative sound bath to ground, soothe, and restore the spirit.

  2. Head to Venmo @LPYYoga to donate. Suggested donation is $25, but any amount is welcome. Please include the name and location of your class in the note.

  3. If you don’t have Venmo, please bring a cash donation the night of the event.

Bio: Christine Grace is an intuitive healer, ICRT Reiki Master Teacher, sound healer, and breathwork facilitator who guides others through the transformative power of sound and energy. Known for her deeply grounding and heart-opening experiences, she weaves together crystal bowls, gongs, and intentional breath to help participants release, realign, and return to balance. Christine creates space where science meets spirit—inviting stillness, renewal, and the remembrance of who we truly are.

Bio: Jennifer Velis is a 500-hour RYT who brings high-energy, playful rigor—and a dash of humor—to every class. She leads students from a thoughtful, lighthearted warm-up into strong, balanced flows that crescendo with mindful precision, threading breath through every transition. Jennifer carves out space for both sweat and stillness, closing with grounding practices that invite integration. Jennifer views yoga as a whole-self practice—equally potent for the heart as it is for the body—supporting resilience, reflection, and renewed confidence.
