As we head into the season of gratitude and giving, join us for a warm and nourishing evening to move, breathe, relax, and reconnect.

Jennifer will begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice, followed by an immersive Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Christine. Get cozy, close your eyes, and let the beautiful tones and vibrations of the bowls wash over you — creating a peaceful space to quiet the mind, relax the body, and simply receive.

During the sound bath, Jennifer will also offer Reiki to anyone who would like to receive it.

All levels are welcome. Bring your friends, bring your family, or come on your own — we’d love to have you.

Suggested Donation: $25
