Lorraine is an Experienced 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher since 2013, a Reiki Master, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and an experienced meditation teacher.

She is the creator of the LPY Yoga Alliance 200 & 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings (Est. 2014), and the Director of LPY Yoga Teacher Training School.
