Meet Lorraine

Lorraine Shedoudi has an extensive practice in mindfulness and meditation,  which helps to inform her mindset teachings. Starting her schooling and career in substance abuse and mental health created a platform on which she was able to build. All paths have led here for Lorraine. During her time at LPY she has built up the business and community through her work with the teachers, the yoga training programs, and all the meditation activities she funded and supports, like the Gratitude Adjustment and the 21 Days Meditation Challenge. She has helped countless individuals dive deep into what makes them tick and happy and realize their potential.

Lorraine is the co-founder of the Gratitude Adjustment, the creator of the LPY Yoga Alliance 200 & 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings (Est. 2014), and the Director of LPY Yoga Training School. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She is also a Reiki Master and an experienced Meditation Teacher.
