Waitlist & Attendance Policy

 REGISTRATION

In order to allow our staff to make the class check-in process and set-up as smooth as possible, we highly recommend our customers to register beforehand to classes, through our website or our mobile app. Drop-ins to the studio without pre-registration are always welcome though.

EVERY MAT COUNTS POLICY

If you need to cancel your in-studio reservation, we kindly ask you to do so at least 3 hours in advance of the class starting time. This way your spot will be available for others to sign up, and waitlisted people may join the class.

PLEASE NOTE: We can not accept cancellation requests via phone or email. Please access your LPY account through LPY website or the mobile app

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICY

If you cancel less than 3 hours before class, or do not attend a class you reserved, the following policies apply:

Credit Holders & Drop-In Purchases
Your class credit will be deducted from your account as if you attended.

Monthly Unlimited Members
A $15 late cancel / no-show fee may be charged.

Annual & Auto-Renew Members
As a perk of these memberships, late cancellation fees are waived. However, we kindly ask that you still cancel your reservation if you cannot attend so that another member may take your spot.

Exception — Sold Out SHiNE & TRX Classes
Because these classes frequently have waitlists, a $15 late cancel / no-show fee will apply to all members if the class is sold out at the time of cancellation.

ARRIVAL TIME

To ensure classes begin on time and waitlisted members have a chance to attend, please arrive at least 3 minutes before class begins.

If there is a waitlist for your class and you have not checked in by 5 minutes before class, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.

WAITLISTS

When a class fills, you may add yourself to the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically moved from the waitlist into the class and will be notified up to 3 hour before the class begins.

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time with no penalty.

However, once you are moved into the class, you are considered registered for the class. If this occurs within 3 hours of the class start time, the late cancellation / no-show policy will apply if you do not attend.
